We conduct monthly regular visits to each property with follow-up and action plans and monthly meetings with all property General Managers. Our team consistently and constantly reviews and communicates with Brand to insure quality and culture. Everyone participated in annual Leadership Summits to measure and promote strength and growth among our leaders.
