Personalized Group Web Pages (POGS).  Let us help you create your own special webpage enabling your guest to book reservations with special rates, and allowing you to display maps, directions and complete event details.

Guest List Manger.  Use this tool to view the current number of reserved rooms, make group reservations up to five at a time, and view, download and print guest list reservations.

MEETING ROOM INFORMATION
The Hilton Garden Inns flexible meeting space can accommodate groups for up to 120 classroom or 230 in a banquet setting.  The ballroom divides equally into thirds by air wall, for a total of 2,880 square feet.  Each ballroom section has a 16' counter space that is perfect for planners to place handouts, or serve coffee breaks.  A separate boardroom is 378 square feet and offers permanent board seating for 12 people, complete with white board and 12' counter space.  Additionally, the hotel has a third meeting room which 322 square feet and is equipped with a white board.  All three rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel.  Complete catering and audio visual services are available on site.
